I qualified as a solicitor in 2005 at a regional firm in Exeter, where I was a member of the Dispute Resolution Team for a further 6 years. I relocated to Somerset in 2011. I joined Porter Dodson in August 2021.

I am a property litigation specialist and provide advice to individuals, businesses and organisations on all aspects of residential property disputes and commercial property disputes.

Property litigation encompasses a broad range of disputes, ranging from residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues; contested boundaries; disputes over easements; leasehold enfranchisement; farming partnership disputes, and breach of covenant, to name just a few.

I am commercial in my approach. I seek to understand my client’s desired outcomes from the outset. I look to build a strong relationship with clients, and to provide realistic advice as to the merits of each case, taking into consideration the options available and their preferred outcome.

I am a member of the Property Litigation Association and Agricultural Law Association.

Outside of work, I am a keen tennis player, golfer, and sailor.
