Paula O'Neill

Bio

I joined Porter Dodson in December 2010 after living overseas for 15 years, during which time I volunteered for UNICEF and raised a family.

In 2021 I moved to the Firm’s HR team. My role is very varied and includes a broad mix of tasks across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, payroll and benefits, and acting as a primary point of contact for staff enquiries.

Thanks to COVID, I've learned to enjoy gardening and have created a peaceful and colourful space to read a book or BBQ with family. I have also acquired a cockapoo whose sole aim in life is to destroy my hard work in the garden but brings the family hours of pleasure!
