Ellen’s reputation preceded my first encounter with her and I have to say she was everything I had been told about. In the courtroom she was masterful – she was able to explain my feelings and my hopes with precision but with a perfect amount of emotion and heart. She found the perfect balance of case law and a father’s love for his children. In person she manages to explain difficult concepts with patience and in language I could understand. She was always honest with me, offering both her significant experience and her “feel” for how my matter might progress and never once did she offer me unrealistic expectations. 

Her written communications were of the absolute highest quality. Whenever I received a case summary from Ellen I was often left in tears. Once more, she was able to convey the love I have for my children right next to the facts and the evidence that supported my case. I do not think I will ever be able to explain the impact that Ellen has had on my life, or on the lives of my children. The impact of Mrs Saunders will be remembered by me for ever. Thank you Ellen.
