Bio

I joined the Residential Property team at Porter Dodson in 2026 and have nearly 14 years’ experience working in conveyancing. During my career, I have progressed through various roles and have developed a strong breadth of experience across residential property matters. I have achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and am currently working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

My broad experience enables me to support clients with a wide range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. I work with clients at all stages of life, from first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors to those downsizing or moving home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and walking.

Testimonials

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Hannah Richards at Porter Dodson regarding with the sale of my property. Extremely informative from the very start. Providing updates along the way and responding to enquiries very quickly and efficiently. As with all sales it can be quite stressful especially at the last hurdle, but Hannah's reassurance and friendly and professional manner kept me calm throughout the process. I would highly recommend Hannah and will certainly be in touch with my next purchase. Well done Hannah!
