As part of our company secretarial services, we can offer:

Assistance in identifying Persons with Significant Control (PSC) and updating PSC register

Routine share capital restructuring (allotment, transfer, subdivision and redesignation)
Preparation of routine board minutes and resolutions
Preparation and filing of forms and resolutions with Companies House
Maintenance of statutory registers in electronic format
Filing confirmation statements
With prior agreement - Provision of the company’s registered office address (post only)
Forwarding any relevant post received in relation to the company and its directors only.

Please note we are not able to offer the following services:

provision of company’s email address
provision of nominated Company Secretary
provision of administrative services for the company’s annual general meeting

Our package

Our basic Company Secretarial package would include completion and filing of all required company secretarial forms including company Confirmation Statement and the provision of board minutes and resolutions in connection with changes made and the update and maintenance of electronic statutory registers.

For the avoidance of doubt, this would not include preparation and filing of company accounts.

Subject to availability, additional requirements over and above the basic package outlined above can be fulfilled through our Company Secretarial services and we will be happy to discuss these and to provide a tailored package where possible. This can include the reconstruction of company statutory registers in electronic format and Companies House restorations by administrative restoration.
