Porter Dodson advises PrognostiX-Poultry Limited on its acquisition

Evelyn Adfield, Head of the Corporate Commercial Team, has advised the founder shareholders of PrognostiX-Poultry Limited (Poultry Sense) on the sale of the business to Merck Animal Health.

Located near Exeter, PrognostiX-Poultry provides enhanced technology to bring together real-time data for poultry farmers to monitor overall health performance of the birds.

Merck Animal Health is a global biopharmaceutical company, operating in more than 150 countries.

The Corporate Commercial Team, having worked with this highly impressive start up on corporate and commercial matters for the past two years, advised the founders on all aspects of the deal.

The team was led by Evelyn Adfield, supported by Sara Townsend.
