One of the Firm's trainees is now a Partner on the Board with others in positions as diverse as Office Head, Head of Department, and Team Leader. Our aim is to retain all of our NQs who grow quickly within a supportive environment of further mentoring and coaching.
We also support those wishing to develop their legal career via CILEx or apprenticeship qualifications, whilst providing significant investment in other development initiatives such as STEP, CIPD, AAT, etc.
