Porter Dodson advises Ashridge Capital on its investment in Paleo Ridge

David Culshaw, partner in the Porter Dodson Corporate Commercial Team, has acted for Ashridge Capital on its £2m investment in Paleo Ridge.

Paleo Ridge is a family-run pet food company that produces and sells ethically sourced and sustainably farmed raw dog food. It has seen rapid growth over the last two years, growing by over 100%.

Ashridge Capital is a very active private equity investor focused on partnering with ambitious management teams and providing investment capital. Ashridge has an impressive portfolio and a proven track record in helping build successful and market-leading businesses.

The Corporate Commercial Team advised Ashridge Capital on all legal aspects of the investment. The team was led by David Culshaw and supported by Matthew Jackson.
