I joined Porter Dodson in July 2015 and was promoted to Associate in May 2017. I now specialise in employment law but have a background in corporate transactions and commercial law.

    I advise both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and restructuring, enforcement of restrictive covenants and TUPE.

    One of my first questions for my clients is usually ‘what do you want to achieve’? By knowing what you are looking for, I can focus on finding a solution and providing advice which helps you to achieve your aims.

    If your objectives aren’t realistic, I ensure that you understand why and explore the alternatives. My clients appreciate my honest, pragmatic advice.

    I have also been heavily involved in several primary care initiatives, acting for numerous GP surgeries in exploring alternative ways of working, including through integration with secondary care providers. I continue to manage such matters alongside my employment law practice.
