I joined the firm in September 2009. I act for both claimants and respondents undertaking contentious and non contentious work, including drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks and advising on employment policies and procedures. I deal with many types of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction from wages, breach of contract and discrimination.
I also regularly advise both employers and employees in respect of settlement agreements and enter into negotiation concerning the same.
I work closely with my clients to achieve the best outcome in view of their needs and priorities. I always aim to deliver clear and pragmatic advice in order to provide solutions that will safeguard them now as well as in the future.
I make it a priority to get to know my clients/client’s business. I am now based in Taunton but always able to meet with clients in any of our offices or at their preferred locations, as and when required.
I am also recommended in the latest Chambers UK and Legal 500, as an expert in my field.
