Porter Dodson Welcomes Will Bartley to the Property Disputes Team

We are pleased to announce that Porter Dodson has appointed a new Associate to the Property Disputes Team. Will joins the firm with more than 7 years’ experience in the legal sector and specialises in property disputes.

Will is a Chartered Legal Executive and property litigation specialist, providing advice to individuals, businesses and organisations on a variety of aspects of residential property disputes and commercial property disputes. These can typically range from landlord and tenant matters, including Notices, Possession Proceedings and Hearings; TOLATA claims (equity entitlement and orders for sale); boundary disputes; freeholder/leaseholder disputes including forfeiture;; and neighbour disputes such as Airbnb and noise issues, to name a few.
