Completing a trio of recent Partner appointments at Porter Dodson, Frances Griffiths has joined the firm's Commercial Property and Rural teams.
Joining as a Partner, Frances joins the firm, working primarily within Commercial Property as well as supporting Residential Property, focusing on purchase and sale of rural properties with commercial and agricultural ties, as well as advising farmers, landowners and landed estates on a range of rural property matters.
Frances also deals with secured lending on rural properties, the grant of Farm Business Tenancies and the sale and purchase of rural properties. She brings a wealth of experience in the sector and is well regarded for her expertise in rural and agricultural property matters.
