Bio

I joined the firm in March 2015 having relocated from the South East. I provide assistance to clients with non-contentious commercial property issues, in areas such as commercial landlord and tenant, investment and portfolio management, property finance, development, construction, and purchasing property through a SIPP or SSAS.

I work with clients in the healthcare, retail, IT, logistics and construction sectors, acting for individuals and companies, ranging from large corporate household names to local businesses. I have a strong background in working with banks to secure lending on diverse projects, from hotel chains to hospitals and harbours, and in acting for national retailers and logistics companies buying and selling their leasehold premises.

My clients tell me they value my commercial and practical approach to their property issues and my commitment to their business. I believe that trust is the key to developing long term and effective client relationships and I work hard to achieve that.
