Commercial Property Team secures Chelsea showroom for Vispring Limited

Porter Dodson’s Commercial Property Team are delighted to have assisted Vispring Limited, the luxury British bed manufacturer, in the acquisition of their newest showroom in Chelsea Harbour, London.

Victoria Walker and our experienced Commercial Property team have been working on behalf of the luxury bed manufacturer to negotiate the lease for their latest showroom, in the heart of design excellence, The Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, London.

Following its opening on 1^st May, Vispring released “This spring, we were thrilled to open the second Vispring London showroom, following the success of our flagship store on Regent’s Street, St James’s. It is nestled within the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, a renowned hub for brands and products that are the result of bespoke craftsmanship, paving the way in luxury interior design, innovation and style. Vispring has always been a popular choice, and recommendation, of Interior Designers so the Design Centre was an obvious next location for our new showroom, an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in our rich heritage, seeing for yourself the care and attention that goes into each and every one of our mattresses and beds.”

Continuing to support Vispring’s vision for growth, after assisting them with the acquisition of their first stand-alone flagship store in 2022, Victoria commented “It’s been our pleasure to have been able to assist with another store opening, as we see the retail market continue to strengthen.”
