Porter Dodson secures site acquisition for Vispring Limited

Porter Dodson’s Commercial Property Team recently acted for Vispring Limited, the luxury British bed manufacturer, in the acquisition of their new flagship showroom in Regent Street, St James’s, London.

Vispring currently has stores in over 50 countries worldwide, and its first stand-alone flagship store will be located amongst London’s prime commercial real estate. The store will market a luxury offering, demonstrating a real commitment to craftsmanship and quality, so there is no better place to launch its presence in the city.

The store, which opened in 2022 at 22 Regents Street, will consist of three unique experiences: The Craft Workshop, where customers can take an interactive 'factory tour' showcasing the quality, expertise and natural materials that make Vispring special; the Slumber School where in-store talks and videos inform customers how to sleep well; and the Make Your Bed journey where customers can test out beds in a curated relaxing environment.
