Acting for the buyers, Stuart and Miranda Cole, the business purchase was led by Evelyn Adfield, Head of Corporate Commercial, supported by Solicitor Lily Adam, with Ben Hingley and Steve Farnham advising on Commercial Property aspects. Kate Shawcross and Abigail Askew also provided specialist advice on the employment matters required to complete the sale.
