Porter Dodson enhances Corporate Commercial Team with the appointment of Antonia Power

Porter Dodson is delighted to announce the appointment of Solicitor Antonia Power as Head of Commercial for our Exeter office, fortifying our Corporate Commercial Team. Antonia brings a wealth of expertise as an accomplished corporate commercial lawyer, renowned for delivering strategic advice to a diverse array of local and international businesses.

Antonia joins the Porter Dodson team having most recently worked as General Counsel to a range of different fast growth technology businesses from fintech, software and procurement and global energy. Antonia is experienced in advising management teams on all areas of business risk. With 17 years of legal experience in both corporate finance and commercial risk in industry, Antonia is well-versed in handling intricate corporate and commercial matters and has frequently advised on software contracts, transitional services, distributor and agency agreements, complex master services agreements with cross border elements and re-designing, refining terms and conditions for supply of goods and services, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and all-encompassing business requirements. Antonia’s significant experience from within business positions her as a trusted and valuable advisor.

Collaborating with colleagues Evelyn Adfield and David Culshaw in the Corporate Commercial Team, Antonia is dedicated to expanding the department's offering, both in respect of transactional work and helping clients address their ongoing client business needs.
