Porter Dodson has acted for Health Transportation Group UK Limited (HTG-UK) on the acquisition of First Care Ambulance Ltd (First Care).
HTG-UK, is the leading provider of specialist transport services, carrying out more than 500,000 journeys on behalf of the NHS every year. First Care, specialises in non-emergency patient transport services in Devon and the South West.
This acquisition by HTG-UK, a company owned by a Spanish parent organisation is a key part of the growth and development of the business of HTG-UK and follows its strategic acquisition of Cornwall based Safe Care in 2024.
