Porter Dodson Completes Sale of Premier IT Partnership Limited to VitalHub Corp.

Porter Dodson’s Corporate Commercial Team is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of the entire issued share capital of Premier IT Partnership Limited to Toronto-based VitalHub Corp.

Under the leadership of Corporate Commercial Partner David Culshaw, and with the assistance of Paralegal Sara Townsend, the team represented the majority shareholders of Premier IT. Ian West, former Chairman of Premier IT, praised the team, stating, "You did an excellent job for our team. Thanks so much. Special mention to Sara who was excellent too."

Premier IT offers cutting-edge workforce planning, development, and performance solutions for the healthcare sector, optimising resource deployment, improving transparency and fairness, and ensuring staff can spend more time safely and confidently on critical tasks.

VitalHub acquired Premier IT from its shareholders for a cash payment of £2,166,718, with an additional opportunity to earn up to £472,849 over two years post-acquisition by achieving specific financial milestones. A portion of the proceeds will be held in escrow following the closing of the acquisition.

VitalHub is a leading software company dedicated to empowering health and human services providers. Their clients include hospitals, regional health authorities, mental health and addictions services providers for children and adults, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, correctional services, and community and social services providers.
