Porter Dodson completes sale of Middleton Engineering

Porter Dodson’s Corporate Commercial Team recently assisted in the legal aspects of the sale of the entire issued share capital of Middleton Engineering Limited, based in Glastonbury, to Ferguson Property Investments 2 Ltd.

The team representing shareholders Ashley and Joan Middleton was led by Evelyn Adfield, Head of Corporate Commercial, with the support of Solicitor Remziye Aldogan. Key aspects of the transaction were expertly managed by Laura Roper, who advised on employment matters, and Michelle Mallon, who handled the Commercial Property elements necessary to complete the deal.
