Following a flurry of recent local business transactions, Porter Dodson are pleased to have advised Coombe Farm Retail, a provider of premium organic produce, on the sale of business and assets to Eversfield Organic Ltd.
The transaction which successfully completed last week, was led by Evelyn Adfield, Partner and head of Corporate Commercial, and employment associate, Kate Shawcross, who assisted with the TUPE process and implications.

In a strategic move designed to double its size, Devon-based Eversfield Organic has incorporated Coombe Farm Organic in Crewkerne and will assume management of all operations including its online butchery and deliveries.
