Mandy Saunders

Bio

I joined Porter Dodson in August 2025 as Head of Compliance. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2004, initially specialising in contract litigation. However I subsequently moved into a compliance role and have now accumulated over 16 years’ experience working within the legal risk and compliance sphere.

My remit is very broad but encompasses regulatory matters, risk management, data protection, AML, internal audit, professional indemnity claims and complaints.  

At weekends, I am often found on the sidelines of a football pitch as both my children are keen footballers. I also get involved in lots of fundraising activities for their club. We have a very energetic border collie who keeps us busy and a somewhat less energetic elderly cat. I love watching live music and when I get the opportunity (which isn’t very often!) I like to lose myself in a good book.
