I joined Porter Dodson in 2017, having worked for another local firm for four years. I have always worked within a private practice firm in a variety of roles.

I assist the head of department with conveyancing matters and, in particular, oversee the post-exchange to completion work and registration of titles.

I work with clients on the run-up to completion of their sale or purchase, dealing with the financial side of the transactions and implementing the importance of compliance when sending monies on completion. I also deal with the registration of title at the Land Registry.

I particularly enjoy being able to call the client to confirm that completion has taken place and they can collect their keys to their new home.
