    I joined Porter Dodson in 2022, having previously worked for a regional law firm.

     

    I have over 15 years’ experience in conveyancing, including buying and selling residential properties by way of private treaty and auction.  I have specific experience in new build and shared ownership, as well as low value land sales and purchases, Transfers of Equity, formal and informal lease extensions, Right to Buys, deeds of variation and deeds of easement.

     

    My approach to ensuring that I am able to build and maintain a positive relationship with not only my clients, but estate agents, developers and mortgage brokers, is to be compassionate and understanding of each person’s circumstances. Communication plays a key role in achieving this, and many of my clients have fed back their appreciation of my personable and professional style.
