    We measure our overall client approval ratings* every quarter, and they are consistently in the range 94-96%. We also regularly receive comments from satisfied clients, a selection of which can be found on our Testimonials page.

    How to give us feedback

    Feedback is important to us, as it helps us to improve our service. If you are a client and would like to tell us what you think, you have five options:

    2. Download a pdf version of our feedback form to complete offline and return by post/fax/email.
    3. Email us at feedback@porterdodson.co.uk.
    4. Call our Business Excellence Manager (in confidence) on 01823 625846.
    5. If you would like to make a complaint, we have a fair and transparent complaints procedure.
