I asked Porter Dodson (Louise Wootten ably helped by her assistant Tiffany Powell) to act for me and my wife in selling a large London house and simultaneously buying a similarly priced apartment in the same borough of London. The conveyancing in the latter case was voluminous, but both transactions proceeded without a hitch and completion was achieved simultaneously in line with previous promises and commitments.
