Hannah Richards

I joined the Residential Property team at Porter Dodson in 2026 and have nearly 14 years’ experience working in conveyancing. During my career, I have progressed through various roles and have developed a strong breadth of experience across residential property matters. I have achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and am currently working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

My broad experience enables me to support clients with a wide range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. I work with clients at all stages of life, from first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors to those downsizing or moving home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and walking.
