I joined Porter Dodson as a Trainee Solicitor in 1997. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and have remained with the firm ever since, becoming an Associate in 2003 and Senior Associate in 2024.

I have over 20 years’ specialist experience in family law. I advise clients in all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, dissolution of Civil Partnerships, separation and the resolution of children and financial matters as well as drafting cohabitation agreements and pre and postnuptial agreements.

I provide good quality legal advice and most of my clients come to me through recommendation. I understand that relationship breakdown can be a very difficult experience.  I listen to my client’s needs and work hard to help them get through the family law process as painlessly, quickly and cost-effectively as possible. I always endeavour to reach constructive and sensible agreements but I also represent clients through the court process if matters cannot be agreed.
