Reena and Jennifer worked hard to keep us updated and explain in every detail the procedure of selling and buying. Renna replied by return any enquiries we came up against and was always polite and understanding. She came over as a person who was on your side at all times. It was useful to liaise via the Taunton office but it would have been nice to put a face to the voices.
