The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor or legal executive from NQ up to 2 PQE to join our highly successful Commercial Property teams either in Yeovil or Poundbury with some location flexibility. The successful applicant will be working with a number of high-quality clients on transactional and advisory work to include acquisitions and sales of commercial property, property development, property finance, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate work.

This is a new role in recognition of the team’s continued success and growth, providing support to Partners and senior fee earners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a reputable and dedicated team with a real sense of collaboration and team spirit. To assist with the current workload, this role will also play a key role in supporting and expanding the firm’s client base.

About You

Joining our reputable Commercial Property department, this role would best suit someone who is ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least a training seat in commercial property or a legal executive with experience of commercial property and with a real interest in expanding your experience and knowledge within a supportive and successful team.
