PTT Secretarial Vacancy – Permanent, Full Time

    We are looking to recruit a secretary to join the busy PTT Team based in our Wellington office.

    General legal secretarial experience is essential, preferably within PTT, with a minimum and accurate typing speed of 60 wpm, a high level of IT proficiency and strong literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent administration and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to prioritise against tight deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach to work.

    The successful candidate will have a professional and confident manner, possess strong client care and communication skills and a willingness and the capability to work as part of the wider team when needed.
