I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in December 2017. Having had experience of civil disputes for over 4 years, I joined Porter Dodson in January 2018 and now practice exclusively in disputed Wills, Trusts and Estate matters.
My clients range from individuals to corporate trustees. I handle a broad range of cases, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the removal and replacement of Executors and Trustees, and Proprietary Estoppel claims.
I work with clients to explore the options and find a realistic solution based on commerciality and proportionality. My experience enables me to understand my client’s objectives and tailor my advice accordingly.
Outside of work I am a committee member of CILEx Devon Branch and work closely with Devon and Somerset Law Society.
In my spare time, I enjoy acting and have played roles in a number of television programmes and commercials.
