I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and have worked exclusively within the South West. I joined Porter Dodson in January 2015 and I act for both employees and employers.
Prior to joining the firm I was seconded to a national federation within the motor industry to provide employment advice to their members.
I have wide-ranging experience in advising upon unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and all areas of discrimination, as well as daily issues covering sickness absence, maternity/paternity, flexible working, TUPE, apprenticeship agreements, disciplinary and grievances, redundancy and poor performance.
In addition, I draft all employment documents from employee contracts and handbooks to settlement agreements. I handle the care and conduct of claims on behalf of both employees and employers through the Employment Tribunal process.
