Upon completion of two years' business study in Montreal and relocation to the UK, I undertook a psychology degree. This led to a managerial HR position with a global career transition organisation. Responsible for 135 staff and 200 contractors across 17 offices in the UK, I managed the HR input through two acquisitions and supported the reorganisation of business functions to align with key operational objectives.
Leading on all HR functions at Porter Dodson, I define and deliver on a range of development and organisational initiatives, including restructuring projects, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and career development in line with strategic and operational needs.
Outside of work I am a novice tennis player, proficient pianist, and keen gardener. Animal charities and the hospice movement are causes close to my heart.
