I am a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential property.

I obtained my law degree from De Montfort University in Leicester, my master of laws from Birkbeck College University of London and my Bar Professional Training Course from The College of Law London Bloomsbury. I am currently studying the Legal Practice Course at BPP in Bristol.

I act for private clients in both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity. I also deal with first registrations, right to buy purchases, help to buy equity loans, help to buy ISAs, forces help to buy and shared ownership.

My clients tell me that they value my practical approach and advice. I believe that trust and delivering a quality service is the key to developing long-term and effective client relationships and I ensure that I work extremely hard to achieve that.

I am a town councillor on Crewkerne Town Council. I hold a Cadet Forces Commission with the Army Cadet Force and spend most of my free time working with young people. I am currently the County Shooting Officer for Somerset ACF, working with and training cadets from all over Somerset, competing at both a national and international level.

Can’t fault Charles Aslett and Julie Sayers. Always took my calls and answered my emails. I felt that they worked hard on my behalf getting the required paperwork processes quickly and efficiently.

Charles Aslett was extremely easy to work with, professional and helpful. As a first time buyer, I felt at each stage it was made clear as to what was happening and what the next step was.
