At the TUC Congress today, Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna says he will abolish the current Employment Tribunal system. The clear message is that the Labour opposition considers fees to be a barrier to justice for many low paid workers. Equally, the view is that the Employment Tribunal system is slow and unduly bureaucratic.
The devil however is in the detail, and there are no details as yet!
