Deborah Carrington

My first HR management role was with a global career transition organisation providing support to 135 staff and 200 contractors across 17 offices in the UK. I managed the HR input through two acquisitions and supported the reorganisation of business functions to align with key operational objectives.

In 2007 I relocated to the South West where I joined Porter Dodson as HR and Training Manager, becoming a Chartered Member of the CIPD in February 2011. Leading on all HR functions, I define and deliver on a range of development and organisational initiatives including restructuring projects, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and career development in line with strategic and operational needs.
