Cara Hough

Having practised in dispute resolution since 2008, I qualified as a Solicitor in July 2011. I joined Porter Dodson in November 2015, being promoted to the role of Associate in May 2017.

My practice consists solely of disputes involving probate, trusts, and inheritance matters. I provide advice to Executors, Personal Representatives, Trustees (including Professional Trustees), Beneficiaries, Charities and anyone needing advice in these circumstances.

I am a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). My membership with ACTAPS and my particular specialism in contentious probate matters mean I have extensive experience in this area.

My specialism and experience allow me to undertake all matters with a focus on the cost effectiveness of the situation. I am client focused and believe that appropriate solutions can be gained by taking the time to consider all of the issues.
